Two articles published this month - online, and in print.
Firstly I’ve had another article published over at FreelanceUK.com.
I haven’t written about SEO for a long time, and I just wanted to recap on what is happening out there with Web 2.0 and SEO. Perhaps demonstrating by following a few ethical methods for SEO, you can create meaningful content for the search engines as well as more importantly, your sites readers.
I have seen a lot of companies offering social networking backlinking, which is strange as its something you can do yourself for free, if you have a couple of minutes, and love signing up for new beta sites like I do. All these tools to publicise yourself and your work or interests are free, so go for it.
Check it out: http://www.freelanceuk.com/news/2643.shtml and let me know if you have any comments.
My monthly Internet column in The Insight magazine, a lifestyle magazine for Brighton and surrounding areas is out today as well. Its exciting to write for a printed magazine rather than online, it is read by 20,000 people each month. I have already had positive comments about this from members of Wired Sussex. So nice to know that I’m contributing towards the New Media Hub of Brighton as well as developing a business around this publicity.
